Agenda:

  • Get the most out of the day by getting started right, with a kind welcome and introduction of the day and our community, followed by a mindset-heartset exercise to get grounded together.

Led by Jamie Lamonde, Founder of Kindship Group

  • What problem do you want to see resolved in the future? Do you have a map to get there?

Changing the world doesn’t come with directions, and yet the path we take is crucial to achieve real change.

Join this workshop to learn about the importance of long-term thinking and how to create pathways to guide us towards preferable futures. This session will introduce how to use problem and vision statements in combination with a futuring framework to help us visualize our impact-driven journey through time.

Led by Ashley Worobec, Organizer of Common Cause Collective

  • Take-aways from the previous session, time for a quick break, and intro to the next session.

Led by Jamie Lamonde, Founder of Kindship Group

  • We will spend 60 minutes in dialogue and interaction while sharing tools, frameworks, and practices to further bring your purpose into alignment toward manageable growth.

Attendees will receive the tools to gain clarity and further expand the positive impact of their organization's initiatives as a force for good in the world.

Led by Rob Sinclair, Founder of Conscious Brands

  • Take-aways from the previous session, time for a quick break, and intro to the next session.

Led by Jamie Lamonde, Founder of Kindship Group

  • Learn how to minimize your marketing footprint while increasing your impact.

We’ll be covering the purpose and incentives behind greener marketing, resources for sustainable packaging and printing practices, and how to infuse transparency and credibility into your messaging.

You’ll come away with an easy-to-implement checklist of ways for how all types of marketers and businesses can lessen their physical and digital carbon footprint.

Led by Michelle Miller, Founder of The Green Marketing Academy

  • Take-aways from the previous session followed by time to take a break or have lunch at your desk with the group.

Led by Jamie Lamonde, Founder of Kindship Group

  • If you want to win the hearts of your audience and increase brand loyalty, then your mission shouldn't be an afterthought – it should be integrated throughout your brand. We'll show you how.

Using our holistic brand framework, "P.R.I.D.E.", we'll walk through all the areas your mission can be woven into your brand in order to increase awareness, get more participation, have stronger alignment, and deepen your commitment.

Weaving your mission throughout your brand frees you up to tell more (and better) mission stories without overwhelming your audience by deciding when and where each story should be told.

Led by Gage Michell, Founder of Evolve CPG

  • Take-aways from the previous session, time for a quick break, and intro to the next session.

Led by Jamie Lamonde, Founder of Kindship Group

  • Collaborations can generate interest in your brand, expand your reach, and drive sales...but did you know they can also help you save money, learn from fellow brands, and maximize your impact?

In this session we go beyond co-hosted giveaways and co-branded products to uncover more innovative ways brands can join together to expedite growth.

Led by Kate Fosson, Founder of Brand Pollinators

  • Take-aways from the previous session, review of the day, and what’s next.

Led by Jamie Lamonde, Founder of Kindship Group

  • Let's celebrate this beautiful day, and the wonderful network of impact-driven groups and community of members, like you, who make it special. Grab a tasty beverage of your choice, and join us for a toast!

Then let's discuss. What stood out to you today? How will you carry this energy and these ideas forward? How can this community help?

Ideas and inspiration are most valuable when put into action, so take some time to write down a few goals and action steps you can take this week to keep the impact-driven momentum rolling.
